Line Up is well over 30 years young and in that time, we've seen some amazing talent through our doors. On Friday, around 35 current and ex-employees gathered in the Roebuck Pub on Chiswick High Road to swap memories, stories, actual hard copy photographs (!) and catch up/meet with each other. Personalisation is set to be one of the standout marketing trends of 2015 and  Nike have already raised the bar and set a gold standard for other brands to follow with their Outdo You campaign. Using data gathered via their motivational personal fitness app Nike +, they’ve created and sent out personal films to 100,000 users encouraging them to beat their 2014 achievements and goals in 2015. The beautifully animated black and white films place runners in familiar settings showing local landmarks as well as featuring their own running stats.
